Preorders, payment & availability

Preorders are open now and close November 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time, or earlier if the 25-pie collection capacity is reached. Requests are limited to four pies per order. Pickup is scheduled for November 24 or 25 in McKinney, Texas; the confirmed pickup time and exact address are shared privately with confirmed customers.

Sending a request does not reserve a pie. We confirm availability and pickup by email. Payment is by Zelle to 580-917-9111 after confirmation. Payment and any balance are tracked manually; the form does not collect payment or automatically reserve inventory. Please wait for our confirmation before paying.

Changes, cancellation & refunds

Please contact the bakery as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. No payment should be sent until your request is confirmed. Because payments are handled directly by Zelle, any refund or balance adjustment must be arranged with the bakery directly. Please confirm the final cancellation and refund terms with us before paying.

Ingredients, allergens & storage

The flavor descriptions and allergen callouts on this site are preliminary and must be verified against each final tested recipe before orders open. The listed allergens include wheat, milk, eggs, and almonds where indicated. Recipes may contain or come into contact with other allergens; contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy. The pies are described as requiring refrigeration; keep refrigerated after pickup. Final safe-handling instructions will be provided with the product as required.

Texas cottage-food notice

Texas cottage-food rules require the following disclosure on applicable product labels: “THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION.” Texas DSHS also says operators selling time/temperature-control-for-safety foods must register and follow additional labeling and safe-handling requirements. Since these pies are listed as refrigerated, the bakery must confirm recipe classification, registration, and label details before accepting paid orders.

Final product labels must include the required operator address or, where allowed, a DSHS registration number, product name, allergen details, and any applicable preparation-date and refrigeration instructions. The exact pickup address is shared privately; required label information is provided with the product.

Privacy

When you submit a pie request or contact form, the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, selections, and notes, is sent to the bakery so it can respond and coordinate your request. Do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the notes. Contact the bakery to ask about a request or personal information you sent.
